Highly efficient and stable Cs₂TeCl₆:Cr³⁺ perovskite microcrystals for white light emitting diodes

In this work, a series of metal ion doped Cs 2 TeCl 6 microcrystals were prepared and obtained a highest PLQY of 81.5% in the optimum Cs 2 TeCl 6 :Cr 3+ microcrystals. In addition, WLEDs based on the mixture of Cs 2 TeCl 6 :Cr 3+ and BaMgAl 10 O 17 :Eu 2+ phosphors exhibit high performance.
