Trifluridine (FTD)/ tipiracil (TPI) is one of the standard salvage-line treatments for patients with advanced gastric cancer (AGC). This study aimed to explore the efficacy and safety of FTD/TPI in clinical practice and the predictors of its efficacy and prognosis in AGC.
