Plasmonic Cyclic Au Nanosphere Hexamers (Small 7/2023)

Au Nanosphere Hexamers Plasmonic cyclic Au nanosphere hexamers (PCHs) are synthesized by a template-assisted colloidal reaction. PCHs exhibit unique combinatorial plasmonic features, showing individual spherical NPs and in-plane coupling of entire nanorings. These plasmonic colloidal structures have hot-spots that are suitable for near-field focusing in a single particle level and can be applied for quantitative SERS-based immunoassay.
