摘要
Analysis of interrelation of productivity indicators and meat quality of pig hybrids (DxLxLW) (n=203) taking into account genotype of animals, stress factor and feeding complex of adaptogens was carried out on the basis of data array. The highest correlation were with ADG-CY (P<0.001), ADG-pH24 (P<0.01), BF1-BF2 (P<0.001), BF1-pH24 (P<0.001), pH45-pH24 (P<0.001), WHC-pH45 (P<0.01). The study of stressful environmental conditions showed their significant effect on all the parameters taken into account in the analysis: the ADG decreased by 7.53% (1005.80 g vs 1087.65 g in animals without stress; P<0.001), CY decreased by 3.12% (73.82% vs 76.94%; P<0.001), BF1 decreased by 12.83% (27.40 mm vs 31.43 mm; P=0.003), BF2 decreased by 16.39% (17.44 mm vs 20.86 mm; P<0.001), pH45 decreased by 3.87% (5.87 vs 6.11; P<0.001), pH24 decreased by 1.24% (5.51 vs 5.58; P=0.003). At the same time, WHC on stress increased by 3.73% (74.80% vs 71.07%; P=0.01). There was a significant (P<0.05) effect of SCD on CY and BF1, IGF2 on pH45 and MC4R on pH24. Factor group (K) with adaptogen had a positive effect (P<0.05) on growth rates, slaughter yield and production quality. By two-factor analysis, the effect of the studied adaptogen factor (dihydroquercetin complex with vitamins E and C) on pH45 value in animals with IGF2 genotype (P=0.005) was established. Thus, consideration of the genetic status of the animal and a set of measures involving the feeding of special substances-adaptogens for the prevention of the effects of stressors can improve the lifetime productivity and meat quality of hybrid pigs.
