Comprehensive Evaluation of Reservoir Performance Parameters Based on Fuzzy Mathematics

In order to further tap the favorable area of oil and gas reservoir and overcome the defect of single factor evaluation of reservoir favorable area, the reservoir fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method is proposed. Based on the investigation and analysis of the parameters affecting reservoir performance, ten parameters of reservoir thickness, porosity, permeability, seep-age coefficient, average pore throat radius peak, permeability variation coefficient, permeability breakthrough coefficient, permeability range coefficient, natural fracture porosity and natural fracture permeability are selected as characterization parameters from the aspects of reservoir physical properties, seepage characteristics, heterogeneity and natural fracture, and the grading score of evaluation parameters is defined. Considering the incompleteness and uncertainty of actual reservoir parameters, the mathematical model of reservoir quantitative characterization is developed according to the comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics. The grading chart is drawn, the comprehensive evaluation value B is given, and the comprehensive evaluation standard of reservoir fuzzy mathematics is proposed. The mathematical model of reservoir quantitative characterization is used to analyze the field data, analyze the favorable degree of reservoir with different performance parameters, and classify and comprehensively evaluate the reservoir. Practice shows that this method can integrate the data and information provided by various technical methods to systematically analyze the reservoir, improve the accuracy of reservoir evaluation, and reduce the development risk and cost. The research results can provide theoretical guidance for reservoir comprehensive evaluation and selection.
