摘要

The MPM tumour genome is dominated by tumour suppressor loss and low mutational burden. Chemotherapy and immunotherapy influence the tumor microenvironment and dynamic changes in TILs have been observed after treatment in solid tumors. We investigated the changes in expression of TILs and patterns of gene expression from paired untreated and treated samples from MPM.
