摘要
Patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) benefit from understanding their stage, goals of care, and how to prepare for treatment. The 4R Oncology model of patient self-management improves access to guideline-based care for patients with breast cancer (Trosman JCOOP 2021) but has not been studied in NSCLC. 4R is being implemented at 8 centers (4 community, 3 academic, 1 VA) for patients with NSCLC. We report a patient survey assessment as baseline to inform 4R implementations.
