Fragestellung The risk of developing type 2 diabetes is high among normoglycemic women with a history of gestational diabetes (GDM), while the underlying pathophysiologic mechanisms remain unclear. We aimed to investigate whether there is an association of GLP-1 response with the development of impaired glucose tolerance in the prospective PPS-Diab study.
