JCF Special Issue on Private Equity Editorial

Private capital markets have experienced substantial growth in recent decades. Finance researchers are simultaneously expanding into venture capital, private equity, and entrepreneurial finance topics. This special issue on private equity finance serves as a resource for existing researchers and those new to the field. Each article provides a tool, institutional detail, methodology, or key descriptive fact for the researcher’s toolbox.
