Transitional urology

Transitional urologists seek to provide care to patients with congenital urologic issues as they enter early adulthood and throughout their lives. This specialty encompasses management of conditions such as spina bifida, exstrophy/espispadias, proterior urethral valves, hypospadias and many more. This chapter will cover the basics of providing care for patients with these complex conditions.
