摘要
Compared with centralized and distributed control, local control has significant advantages of high computation efficiency and robustness to address the distributed generators (DGs) uncertainties. In this chapter, a local control framework is formulated to realize the effective implementation of operational strategies. First, the local control strategies with a high share of DG are proposed, in which a parameter-tuning model of control curves is built to improve the control performance. The model predictive control-based local control strategy is further proposed to reduce the high computation and communication burden. Considering privacy preservation, a cloud-edge collaboration-based local control strategy for DGs is proposed without accurate network parameters and entire flexible distribution network data. Finally, a combined centralized and local control strategy of soft open point (SOP) is further proposed. Regional autonomy and collaboration with local information are adopted to address operational issues.
