摘要
A restrictive aortopulmonary window is an extremely rare congenital anomaly, usually presenting early in childhood. Most of the time, it is associated with other cardiac anomalies in 50% of the cases. We report a case of an isolated restrictive aortopulmonary window presenting at eleven years of age that was successfully treated with transcatheter device closure.
