摘要

•KMnF3:Yb3+/Er3+ nanoparticles exhibit a large temperature dependent decay times in NIR-III region.•Maximum relative thermal sensitivity Sr of 1.32 %⋅K−1 and a minimum thermal uncertainty of 0.009 K were obtained.•The observed thermal sensitivity is higher than that obtained using thefluorescence intensity ratio method.
