Quantitative Phase Analysis of TRIP Steels

Abstract—The phase composition of a VNS9-Sh TRIP steel strip 0.8 mm thick is determined using layer-by-layer X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis using Mo, Co, or Cu radiation.
