摘要
Point-to-multipoint coherent transceivers are an efficient solution for the hub-and-spoke traffic pattern of metro-aggregation networks. This paper proposes a framework to optimize amplifier placement and node configuration selection in filterless horseshoe metro-aggregation networks. The results obtained provide insight into the extent of amplifier savings.
