摘要
This paper presents ACCLAIM, a novel framework based on SystemC-AMS for evaluating nonidealities in crossbar-based Analog In-Memory-Computing, offering a comprehensive and efficient alternative to SPICE-level simulations and analytical behavior-level simulators. ACCLAIM covers the end-to-end computing process. The dataflow of ACCLAIM is investigated and the accumulative effect of nonidealities is analyzed. Accuracy evaluation of LeNet is discussed based on the dataflow simulation.
