Non-linear and damage effect on low noise amplifier injected by high power microwave

Taking the SPF5043Z low noise amplifier of a certain type of UAV's data link as the research object, a low noise amplifier circuit is designed, and effect experiment platform of the low noise amplifier injected by high power microwave is constructed, and the effect experiments are carried out. The changes in output power and gain of the low noise amplifier with input power are clarified, and the pulse width and repetition frequency of high power microwave on the damage threshold of the low noise amplifier are studied, which provides technical support for the analysis of the damage effect mechanism and protection reinforcement of the data link.
