Demand-side Low-carbon Dispatch Considering Carbon Responsibility Sharing

With the introduction of China’s dual carbon target and the rapid development of the national carbon market, it is of great importance to explore the demand-side optimal dispatching strategy of the power system considering the carbon emission responsibility. In this regard, this paper proposes a carbon emission responsibility sharing method based on carbon flow theory, and constructs a demand-side low-carbon dispatching model with the objective of minimizing the cost and carbon emission of the power system. The model introduces the carbon emission responsibility cost into the demand response objective, and obtains the optimal strategy for each node of the system to participate in the demand response through the method of day-ahead simulation and optimal regulation. The research results show that the proposed improvement strategy can effectively reduce carbon emissions under the condition of meeting the demand response requirements.
