In this investigation, transformation of agricultural corn cob waste into mesoporous carbon nanoparticles (MCNPS) by template-free method. This synthesized MCNPs are used for the construction of Titanium dioxide-Mesoporous carbon (TMC) nanocomposites by precipitation and calcination method. Synthesized samples were confirmed by various characterization techniques. The photocatalytic behavior of the TMC nanocomposites was checked by the degradation of Methyl Orange (MO) in the presence of UV light. The optimized TMC21 composite shows 92
