摘要

We present a standard 400Gbit/s transmission over $\mathbf{3}\times \mathbf{80}\mathbf{km}$ SSMF at S-band using silicon-based optical coherent transceiver, and compare its performance with C-band. The transceiver is capable of S-band transmission.
