摘要
We demonstrated a widely tunable terahertz (THz) source based on optical heterodyne method, with a generation range exceeding 0.075-2.23 THz. The terahertz light source chip is composed of parallel high-power multi-wavelength distributed feedback (DFB) laser chips, and the maximum single mode output power of the laser array is greater than 120 mW.
