For the past 15 years, a six-month core module, "The Personal Is the Professional", formed part of the Health Promotion Master's degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. This module facilitates interactive and dialogic transformative learning spaces for learners to share and deconstruct their personal life stories collectively, to increase insight and the ability to respond to their own and others' contexts. In 2020, we started working online because of COVID-19 and wondered how to manage internet-mediated transformation learning. To apply their insights, knowledge and skills, the students facilitated a six-week workshop with the title "The Personal Is the Professional" with an organisation which has diversity and inclusivity as their core business. This chapter includes the voice of the facilitators, the learners and the organisation. We describe the process and examine our positionality doing this transformational learning. Collectively, we deconstructed what happened in the dialogic space which added to transparency and transferability.
