摘要

•UiO-66-NH2 was used to modify gold chip for breast cancer biomarker detection (HER2).•Using Anti-HER2 as a bioreceptor, Au/UiO-66-NH2 shows higher SPR signal toward HER2 compared to Au/UiO-66.•Au/UiO-66-NH2/Anti-HER2 can detect HER2 with detection limit of 0.457 ng/mL and linear range of 1–30 ng/mL.•Au/UiO-66-NH2/Anti-HER2 shows high selectivity and reusability toward HER2.
