摘要

•PM0.2 exposure induced the disorders of α-syn degradation in mice and astrocytes.•LAMP2-mediated autophagy-lysosome pathway was disturbed and underlied α-syn pathology induced by PM0.2 exposure.•PP242 improved the disorder of α-syn through TFEB/LAMP2 pathway.
