Preparation of environmentally stable graphene circuits for flexible light-emitting diodes using patterned laser direct writing

In this study, graphene oxide flakes embedding into PI film was developed as a flexible and environmental stable substrate combining with patterned laser technology to create a flexible and stable electric circuit for light-emitting diodes using low-powered commercial semiconductor laser in air.
