A Switch Type RF Energy Harvesting and Management System

The radio frequency energy in space is extremely weak, and it is very difficult to collect and store sufficient power of radio frequency energy. Therefore, a collection and management technology of 915Mhz radio frequency energy is proposed in this paper. The RF energy acquisition device is based on a 915 Mhz vertically polarized omnidirectional antenna and energy conversion module, and the switched RF energy management system is designed to achieve efficient management and storage of RF energy. Finally, experimental testing is conducted on the basic functions of the hardware system. The experiment shows that under the condition of constant transmission power of the transmission source, when the transmission distance reaches 2 meters, the collected power can reach 1 mW. In a charge cycle, the 50mAh lithium-ion battery can be charged to 4.18 V to meet the energy supply demand of the micro sensor.
