摘要
This paper describes part of the joint efforts of Brookhaven National Laboratory, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory to revise the gamma production library in ENDF/B-VIII.0 modeling in transport codes under the Gamma Rays Induced by Neutrons (GRIN) project. Simulation modelling support and event-by-event calculations are addressed. The improvements enable a better modelling of particle-gamma and gamma-gamma coincidences and provide significant upgrades to the ENDF/B library, data format, and reaction models.
