Autotransplantation of First Premolar with Buccal Root Amputation Using a 3-Dimensionally Printed Replica of the Donor Tooth: A Case Report

•This case report described the successful tooth autotransplantation and orthodontic treatment.•The patient had unilateral molar Brodie bite, residual crowns, crowding and midline deviation.•3-dimentional (3D) setup and 3D-printing technique was used to achieve minimum extra-alveolar time and better fitting.•Status of the transplanted tooth remained healthy and stable within 3-year follow-up.
