•Post-CAR-T inflammation-related factors (CRS, peak and duration of CRP elevation, and iP-decrease) are associated with prolonged cytopenia.•A new predictive scoring system called the KyoTox a-score was developed, based upon four biomarkers that are independent of CAR-HEMATOTOX.
