A parallel transmission method of high power and data based on a two-stage step-down strategy

In recent years, Wireless power transfer (WPT) technology has been gradually applied in various fields. With the increasing complexity of the system and the increasing diversity of functional requirements, the demand for synchronous transmission of energy and signal is also increasing. At present, the main methods of synchronous transmission of energy and signal in WPT still have some problems, such as large volume, high cost, complex pairing, low application power and large crosstalk between energy and signal. In this paper, a method of parallel transmission of high-power energy and data based on two-stage step-down strategy is proposed, which effectively reduces the interference of energy channel to data channel. By using coupling power coils for energy transmission, the volume, cost and complexity of the coupling mechanism are reduced. The electric field coupling mode of single capacitor plate is used to transmit data to avoid cross coupling between double capacitor plate. In the 30kW high-power application scenario of the energy channel, the system can still work stably for 120V and 250V high-voltage interference, and the data is transmitted stably without affecting the power transmission. The transmission delay is less than 100ns.
