S92. Exploring the Association of BDNF, GDNF, IL-6 and IL-1β From Periphery to CNS: Relevance to Psychiatric Disorders
Biological Psychiatry(2019)
摘要
Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and glial derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) are proteins involved in neuronal survival and plasticity of dopaminergic, serotonergic neurons in the central nervous system and in the peripheral region. Latest research evidence reveals the involvement of pro-inflammatory cytokines like IL-6, and IL-1β are implicated in the pathophysiology of psychiatric disorders. In the current study, we are screening for IL-6, BDNF, GDNF and IL-1β and in both CNS and periphery in subtypes of Psychiatric disorders.
