Three-phase four-wire smart energy meters are widely used in neutral point directly grounded systems. They are usually used at internal assessment checkpoint measurement points, electricity customer trade settlement measurement points, etc. They are widely used in voltage levels of 110kV and above, 0.4kV low voltage Electric energy measurement for three-phase four-wire power supply lines. As an important electrical equipment in the distribution network, the 10kV public transformer reduces the voltage to 0.4kV to supply power to low-voltage customers. Usually, a gateway energy meter is installed on the 0.4kV side, and the measured power is used as line loss power supply for line loss statistics. During the operation of the 0.4kV station area gateway electric energy meter, wiring errors may cause abnormal line loss in the station area. This article combines the power meter at the gate of the public substation area. During the operation, the wiring error of the gate meter caused abnormal power. It analyzes the changing rules of the system curve data collected before and after the wiring error, as well as the impact on the line loss in the station area. It proposes detailed preventive measures to ensure the electric energy. The metering device operates accurately, safely, reliably and stably, reducing the impact on line losses.
