摘要
This paper is a study on the 6.78Mhz resonator used in the wireless power transmission resonance method. The resonator for wireless power transmission is mainly manufactured using a copper coil because of the transmission efficiency. When a resonator is manufactured using a copper coil, it is excellent in performance, but it is difficult to apply to wearable applications due to issues such as washing, flexibility, and human compatibility. Although there have been research results claiming fiber resonators in the past, most studies have used metal yarns rather than conductive fiber yarns, and the Q-factor of the resonators using conductive fiber yarns is too low, making it difficult to use them for wireless power transmission. In this paper, we were able to dramatically lower the resistance by using only conductive fiber yarns, and through this, we were able to secure sufficient wireless power transmission efficiency to be applicable to actual wearable applications. In addition, although the resonator could not be manufactured with a sewing machine with the existing metal yarn, only conductive fiber yarns were used to make the resonator possible using a sewing machine, thereby securing reproducibility and productivity. Through this study, it was confirmed that a resonator for wireless power transmission could be manufactured using only conductive fiber yarns. In addition, through this study, the process method of conductive fiber yarns can be understood and the possibility of application of wearable platforms such as smart clothing is confirmed.
