and rGO carries advanced features towards applications. The prepared sample was introduced as a common photoelectrode for photocapacitors. The combination MoS

@rGO was analyzed in different combinations like (8:2, 7:3, 5:5) 7:3 MoS
2
@rGO performs better than other samples. The device was fabricated as a planar architecture in PET sheets and the fabricated device was examined and provided storage (7%) and overall efficiency (45%).
