摘要
The ageing of the population is a phenomenon of today's society. The economic, labor, structural and health repercussions are a challenge for any administration. The physical condition of this group is progressively decreasing if there are no regular physical activity habits. The present study aims to analyse the effects of a 12-week concurrent programme of Pilates and cardiorespiratory fitness through Service-Learning on the subjective happiness, self-perception of successful ageing and health -related quality of life of adult-older women. The results obtained showed an improvement in the perception of successful ageing and health-related quality of life (bodily pain, general health, vitality and emotional role) of the participants. In conclusion, the importance of regular physical practice and improvement of physical fitness on psychological factors of older adult women must be highlighted.
