摘要
Microorganisms regulate plant disease resistance. However, the specific effect of microorganisms in different soils on the occurrence of diseases has not been clearly reported. Rice blast disease is an important disease threatening rice all over the world. The composition of rhizosphere microorganisms and the occurrence of diseases in the two soils were studied by pot culture and high throughput sequencing. There were significant differences in the incidence of moon valley in different soils. The rhizosphere microorganisms and disease resistance of 'Acuce' in the yuanyang soil were the highest, and soil type had a great influence on different rice varieties. We found the physical and chemical factors such as pH, OM, AN content and the microorganisms rhodocyclaceae and burkholderiaceae can affect the disease resistance ability of plants. Among them, the related microorganism in yuanyang soil is rhodocyclaceae, while the related microorganisms in greenhouse soil is burkholderiaceae. The correlation between metabolism and physicochemical factors showed that mainly due to 'carbohydrate transport and metabolism' and 'signal transduction mechanism', which was influenced by soil type. These results provide a basis for further study on the regulation of rice rhizosphere microorganisms and soil physical and chemical factors on disease resistance under the condition of plant morbidity.
