Modeling the Nonlinear Regimes of Electron Spin Precession in a Three-Layer Structure with Exchange Interlayer Interaction

This paper deals with the nonlinear dynamics of the magnetization vector in a three-layer magnetic structure under the influence of a circularly polarized alternating radio frequency magnetic field. This structure exhibits an exchange type of coupling between the two magnetic layers. The time dependencies of the magnetization components are obtained through numerical solutions of the equations describing the motion of the magnetization vector. Precessional portraits of the magnetization vector motion are constructed considering the effects of anisotropy and exchange coupling. The influence of the interlayer coupling constant on the shape and nature of the magnetization parametric portraits and the period of the second-order precession oscillations is analyzed. Diagrams of precession regimes in the coordinate system of alternating field amplitude and the values of the anisotropy constant are constructed at different values of the interlayer coupling constant.
