Re-establishing the Purpose of Cholangioscopy-Based Artificial Intelligence for Biliary Strictures.

We were interested in the recent report by Zhang et al1 describing an artificial intelligence (AI) capable of analyzing cholangioscopy videos. We congratulate the authors on their approach to training the AI; however, there are several limitations that are not addressed.
