摘要
This brief investigates the problem of the prescribed-time (PT) consensus for integrator-type multi-agent systems (MASs) via a sampled-data control approach. First, a sampled-data-based PT controller with a time-based generator (TBG) as partial control gain is proposed for achieving the consensus of the MASs within a settling time. It is worth noting that the settling time can be arbitrarily preset based on both task requirements and physical constraints, regardless of the initial state of agents. Then, to reach the sampled-data PT consensus of integrator-type MASs at the settling time and maintain it afterward, two suitable sampling periods (i.e., communication periods among agents) are determined during and after the settling time are determined by using the Lyapunov function method together with TBG’s properties. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the theoretical result.
