摘要
To suppress the torque ripple of switched reluctance motors (SRMs) and further enhance the efficiency of the motor, a torque sharing function (TSF) control strategy based on the ratio of torque per square ampere is proposed in this article. The control strategy takes into account the torque generation capacity of the motor, and a value function is proposed to optimize the TSF waveform to minimize copper consumption. Meanwhile, the torque online correction control strategy is proposed based on the proposed TSF control strategy in this article. Firstly, the total reference torque is allocated to each phase through the proposed TSF control strategy, and the minimum and maximum torque values of each phase are predicted through real-time phase currents. Subsequently, the range of the phase torque is obtained by the table lookup method and applied to torque online correction control. Finally, a drive signal is generated for the power converter, and realizing the actual instantaneous phase torque can track the target of the corrected reference phase torque. Detailed simulations and experiments are implemented in this article to assess the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy. The results show that in comparison to the cosine-type TSF control strategy, the proposed control strategy is capable of minimizing the torque ripple effectively, and further enhancing the efficiency of the motor.
