Wearable thermotherapy devices made with phase change modules

Wearable thermal management devices based on phase change materials are prone to problems such as liquid leakage and the lack of flexibility. In a recent issue of Nature Communications, a peroxide-initiated chemical crosslinking strategy is used for the preparation of flexible, leakage-proofing, cost-effective, and scalable polymer-based phase change thermal storage composites for personal thermotherapy devices.
