摘要
This study aims to validate TENDL libraries on fusion -relevant neutron shielding, focusing on V, Si, and Ni materials in order to support the development of the JEFF -4 library. Benchmark cases were analysed comparing TENDL-2019 and TENDL-2021 versions to nuclear data libraries JEFF -3.3, JENDL-4.0, and ENDF/B-VIII.0, with JEFF -3.3 as the reference. A comparison of evaluated and experimental data for certain reaction cross sections was also conducted. The study reveals some discrepancies in TENDL libraries for 51V, 28Si, and 60Ni in certain energy ranges in comparison with the experimental data. The findings underscore the necessity for ongoing research and improvement to further refine and enhance the accuracy and utility of nuclear data libraries.
