摘要
This study addresses the poor corrosion resistance of Mg alloy. Based on an in-situ electrochemical strategy, poly (pyrrole) coatings were selectively prepared on the surface of Mg alloys with controlled thickness using constant current and cyclic voltammetry techniques. The results indicate that PPy-CV coatings possess greater thickness and a denser structure. Combining studies on corrosion behaviors such as electrochemical analysis, and immersion, it was found that the coatings effectively prevent solution intrusion, thereby enhancing the alloy's resistance to corrosion. And also provides a new avenue for designing corrosion-resistant coatings, particularly for conductive materials such as polyaniline, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene), etc.
