摘要
Molybdenum trioxide (MoO3) is regarded as a promising material for rechargeable batteries attributed to its low cost, high theoretical capacity and eco-friendliness. Herein, N-doped carbon (NC) coated MoO3/MoS2 composite decorated on MXene nanosheets (MoO3/MoS2/NC/MXene) has been synthesized by gas-phase vulcanization and coating of NC. The electrical conductivity and kinetics of ion diffusion/transport are greatly enhanced due to the vulcanization, NC coating and introduction of MXene. As a consequence, the composite exhibits high discharge capacity of 464 mAh/g at a current density of 0.1 A/g and still maintains a capacity of 202 mAh/g at a high current density of 5 A/g when used as the anode material for sodium-ion batteries. Furthermore, the electrode material still remains a high discharge capacity of 320 mAh/g with the capacity retention rate of nearly 100 % after 2000 cycles at a current density of 1 A/g.
