P793: Pre- and Post-Implementation of Protocol for Genetics Evaluation for Intrauterine Fetal Demise at Texas Children’s Hospital

Genetics evaluation of a stillbirth can aid in explaining the pregnancy loss and inform reproductive planning. While the most common genetic causes of stillbirths are aneuploidies, copy number and sequence variants are increasingly being detected with the utilization of chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA) and exome sequencing (ES). We present outcomes data from Texas Children's Hospital pre- and post-implementation of a quality improvement process (QAPI) for stillbirth genetics evaluation.
