摘要
The Tracking Rare Incidence Syndromes (TRIS) project began in 2007. To date, over 1400 children and adults with rare conditions are represented in the database. Most of the completed surveys to date involve parent-reported longitudinal data associated with trisomy 18, trisomy 13, and trisomy 9 mosaicism. Parents complete surveys requesting information about labor and delivery, presenting and ongoing medical issues, surgical and therapeutic interventions as well as topics related to developmental outcomes.
