We propose a scheme for generating a five-photon hyperentangled spatial-polarization cluster state based on weak cross-Kerr nonlinearity. Using Bell state and three-photon GHZ state as the initial states, this hyperentangled state in two degrees of freedom is generated. The success probability of our scheme can reach 100
