Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis secondary to hydroxychloroquine: About a case
REVUE FRANCAISE D ALLERGOLOGIE(2024)
摘要
Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (PEAG) is a rare but potentially serious toxidermia. Most cases are drug-induced. PEAG secondary to hydroxychloroquine has been reported in around forty cases in the literature. We report the case of a patient who developed PEAG after taking hydroxychloroquine, which progressed well after discontinuation of treatment and initiation of corticosteroids.
