Research on Power Grid Balancing Strategy Considering Spatiotemporal Correlation Characteristics

With the rapid development of power systems, the proportion of new energy continues to increase, and the diversified loads are widely connected, which posing significant challenges to the safety and stability analysis and balancing control of power systems. This paper focuses on the stability and balance coordination issues of the power grid, from the perspective of the spatiotemporal characteristics analyzing, it proposes a method for spatiotemporal correlation calculation of each node and branch based on phase trajectory, and obtains Pearson correlation indicators; On this basis, a Weight Least Connections (WLC) balancing algorithm is introduced to achieve balanced adjustment of each node in the power grid based on the balanced weight of the grid nodes. The effectiveness of the algorithm was verified based on the simulations of IEEE-39 Bus System (NEW_ENGLAND) and a certain provincial power grid in northern China.
