METHODS: A 35-year-old female patient with long right ureteral stricture suffered right flank pain for 2 years. she had history of URL for the right ureter 1 year ago and failed laparoscopic ureteroureterostomy. A robotic appendiceal interposition plus Boari flap with ICG-fluorescent was performed using da Vinci Xi system. RESULTS: Total operative time was 200 minutes with 20 ml estimated blood loss. There was no conversion to laparoscopic or open surgery. At last following-up, the patient has recovered well with no complication. CONCLUSIONS: The robotic appendiceal interposition plus Boari flap is safe and effective for distal and middle long ureteral stricture.
